I Wanna join Nuffnang for a bloggers’ day-out at Sunway Lagoon!

Have you guys heard about this LATEST Vuvuzela ride at Sunway Lagoon? Well I personally saw the ads every time I passed by Sunway with LDP! The Vuvuzela is a sight to behold, as it occupies 3,360-meters (three times of the size of a Olympic standard swimming pool) of the water park. From a launch tower an incredible eleven stories (30-meters) high, the Vuvuzela plunges you through a ride that spans 152 meters, designed to resemble riding rapids on a turbulent river, before mercilessly plummeting you into the world’s largest water funnel, 22meters in diameter which also sits 4 meters above the ground. 

“We are proud to have introduced the world’s largest water ride, right here in Malaysia. The Vuvuzela is also equipped with its very own programmed, colourful LED light display, which ably shows the location and phenomenal size of the Vuvuzela within the water park at Sunway Lagoon at night.” - Bill Holman, Consultant Director of Sunway Lagoon

The Vuvuzela also comes equipped with its own elevator, which takes rafts up to the launch deck. The rafts are 6-seater rafts and riders will sit in them and splash down the ride. Each ride will allow riders to experience up to 5 thrilling oscillations in the world’s largest water funnel before being shot out back into the enclosed flume. The ride will then end in Vuvuzela’s splashdown pool. The Vuvuzela is designed for riders to experience zero gravity, caused by the swinging to opposite sides of the funnel to reach the apex of the ride.

So now, the question is, why do I want to join Nuffnang for a bloggers’ day-out at Sunway Lagoon? OMG WHAT KIND OF QUESTION IS THIS! The Nuffnang bloggers are loveliest gang to hang out la! And of course, there'll be the cool nuffies around *rub shoe kao kao* So yeah, can't wait to hang out with my blogger gang at Sunway Lagoon this weekend and scream our lungs out HAHAH.

Probably not, unless you're going to China with your granny, and your parents paying.
Right?

I like backpack traveling a lot. Grab my camera, a backpack with needed stuffs and off to go with a pair of comfy sneaker. I'll bring along my mum's sub-card, in case of any emergency happens. I do wish for my own traveling credit card, it doesn't has to be platinum of something, but it's has to be convenient, and nicely designed. I'm sick of the 'gold-or-silver-or-black-or-whatever-with-grandpa's-favourite-pictures'. It'll will be yellow. I like yellow.

It's called Traveler.

I flash rainbow when I take it out! Vibrant colours are for us, the Youth. Whenever you see the card, it remind you to be happy, and look for the rainbow that we all love, and you won't feel alone even you're traveling alone. Whenever you're feeling insecure, there's a always a ladder with you to overcome the problems ;)

If you did not noticed, there's a friendly reminder to keep in mind of your belonging too! :3

I had the motivation card, the buy-all-you-can card, and this is the last one I've ever wanted, le traveling card! :)

I named it 'Rainbow Puking Day'!
Well this wasn't in my plan initially, but it just popped up in my mind that I wanna use this card to only buy the things that made me puke rainbow. lol. And I was told that there's no copyright issue with using meme by the bf... so VOILA! If this got selected I'm gonna be the first to apply and go swipe everywhere. #likeaboss

Youth Credit Card Design; Growth [Contest]

Good morning!

A kind reminder that this a contest entry for Nuffnang's Youth Credit Card contest, and there's two more coming, but it'll be still a good read for y'all. *wink*

I named this design as "Growth". Not a fancy name, but it's what it is. This design was painted (digitally) based on a tiny plant in pot that my mother keep in the living room. Nobody ever paid attention to it, and it's still remaining healthy! That got me thinking, that's the spirit we need! Our generation has been spoiled with the easy life we're getting these days, are still able to go through all the problems in our life with the same spirit?

p/s: the cat's the logo of the bank.

We need motivation.
We might cheer up a little instantly by just opening you wallet/purse. :)

How the hell does a plant got painted like that??
I transformed the still-life objects to 'point and line to plane', but remained nature colours. It's one of my favourite style of my favourite artist - Wassily Kandinsky. I've minimalise and modernise it to suit the preference of the Gen Y nowadays. Do you still applying if it's the Jusco-ish plant picture or traditional painting. No, those are for your mum.

Have been seeing the bf trained for months but what I did was just sit on the couch and watch him whacking people. lol.
