I'm so happy to review this latest Kiss Me eyeliner, comes with blings! I've been a huge fan of Kiss Me since the first try back in early 2012. Y'all know they're famous for sweat, tear, water-resistance right! All these while they do not carry brown liquid liner in Malaysia...until now! Malaysian need more quality brown liquid liner, like this Kiss Me Heavy Rotation Shiny Jewel Eyeliner i'm reviewing!

How's everyone doing in this long CNY week? Been so into CNY mood by not doing anything besides eating! Ohyeah, and dolled up with new clothes and cosmetic products.
