Lucky me, they were serving the first appetizer - Crispy Calamari when I just reached! It's hard to go wrong with fried calamari, served with Thai style chili sauce, crispy enough but not the best Crispy Calamari I've tried. It's going for RM15 per plate.

Roasted Pork Belly (RM16), served with Thai style chili sauce as well. It taste good enough without the chili sauce, great proportion of fats and meat (less fats, me likey), not too heavy before having main dishes. :))

While we're waiting for the remaining dishes, Prosecco Col Solivo Champagne were served! Kinda strong for me, but I like it! Going for RM100 each.

Not the kind of friend chicken wing I like. I guess it's the fried chicken powder that failed a little, prefer it to be a little more salty. You might wanna skip this if you prefer crispy skin like me :p
RM16 per plate.

Horse's grassAragula Salad (RM16) taste really good! Once I had something similar and more simple with less oil more parmesan cheese at Alexis Bistro, but it's too plain for someone like that prefer heavier taste. I'm glad I get to try this! With the main ingredients like Aragula leaves, oranges, bread crumbs, enough of rice vinegar and salt, and the magical BACON, they works together perfectly fine for my taste bud. And less like horse's grass.

One of the main dish - Seafood Marinara (RM28). Good presentation but average taste. Pasta are not fully done, I mean it's stiff and not fully cooked.

Prawn & Scallop Aioli (RM38)
Didn't get to try this, out of prawn ._.

 Trio Mushroom Soup (RM12)
Didn't get this too, it's only served for next table ._.

Apparently you don't get this everyday! Not a big fan of duck (hard to chew and there's lot of tasteless duck meat out there) but this Smoked Duck (Daily Special) feeds me well. Prefer it without mustard though. :x

The most expensive dish of the night lol, Marinated Pork Rib (RM 48). Well marinated but the slightly burnt out on the surface. A little bit too dry but I like it, still prefer it without mustard :p

Last one, Mix Sausage Platter (RM38)! Contains of Italian Sausage, Spicy Nungarian Sausage, Nuernberger Sausage, Chorizo Sausage and German Pepper Sausage, best served for those whole like heavy taste! Or pair up with beer... awezzome :3

There's 2 floors in Vault Wine Bistro but I didn't get to explore the top level. It's pretty cozy there, dim lightning, jazz music, modern vintage decoration, good for family dinner or couple. Too much champagne made me feel sleepy though :p

Variety of champagne and wine. As a noobie for wine, I find that the choices of wine are pretty wide here.

Oh yeah, must try their mash potato, freaking awesome! Best mash potato in town for me! :3

Anyway, in conjunction of Valentine's day, Vault have this Valentine's Special too! 6 course dinner included Sopa De Esparragos, Caviar Scallop, Shrimp Aglio e Olio, Smoked Duck, Spanish Iberian and Tiramisu Hazel Crust for RM98++ per pax on the eve of Valentine's Day and the day itself. For reservation or details, please refer the the poster below! :)

(I wonder if you could go alone, since it's a "per pax". lol)
